2. PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

Memory Vault sells a combination of:

- Made-to-order and print-on-demand products
- Apparel
- Hats and headwear
- Drinkware
- Journals
- Stickers
- Accessories
- Ornaments and keepsakes
- USB and digital keepsake products
- Power banks and other specialty merchandise
- Other products that may be introduced from time to time

Many products are produced only after an order is placed.

Some products are manufactured or fulfilled by third-party production and fulfillment providers, including Printify and production providers within its fulfillment network.

Other Memory Vault products may be manufactured, stocked, customized, assembled, or fulfilled separately.

Product availability may vary by product, size, color, destination, production facility, supplier, and other factors.

3. PRODUCT IMAGES, COLORS, AND DESCRIPTIONS

We make reasonable efforts to display and describe products accurately.

However:

- Colors may appear differently depending on screens and devices
- Print placement may vary slightly
- Product dimensions may have reasonable manufacturing tolerances
- Materials or blanks may vary where disclosed
- Lifestyle images and mockups are intended to represent the product and may not perfectly reproduce scale, lighting, color, or surroundings

Product descriptions, sizing information, photographs, and specifications should be reviewed before placing an order.

If a product you receive contains a manufacturing defect, damage, or material discrepancy from the item ordered, please contact us as described in our Return & Refund Policy.

4. MADE-TO-ORDER AND PRINT-ON-DEMAND PRODUCTS

Many Memory Vault products are made specifically for the customer after an order is submitted.

Because production may begin shortly after purchase:

- Changes may not be possible after production begins
- Cancellations may not be possible after production begins
- Exchanges for size, color, buyer's remorse, or change of preference may not be available
- Production and fulfillment times may vary

Please review all product options carefully before completing your order.

Nothing in this section limits any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.

5. MEMORY VAULT SPECIALTY AND CUSTOM PRODUCTS

Certain Memory Vault products may include USB storage, digital keepsakes, customized products, engraved items, personalized products, preloaded content, power banks, specialty ornaments, or products produced outside our print-on-demand network.

These products may have additional production requirements, specifications, instructions, limitations, or policies stated on the applicable product page.

Personalized, customized, engraved, preloaded, or specially manufactured products may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns once production has begun, except where required by applicable law.

6. ORDERS

Submitting an order does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted.

We reserve the right to decline, cancel, limit, or refund an order when reasonably necessary, including in circumstances involving:

- Product unavailability
- Pricing or listing errors
- Payment authorization problems
- Suspected fraud
- Incorrect product information
- Shipping restrictions
- Legal or regulatory restrictions

- Supplier or fulfillment limitations

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will issue an appropriate refund for the canceled portion of the order.

7. ORDER INFORMATION

Once an order is accepted, we will generally honor the price charged for that order unless there was an obvious pricing, technical, or listing error.

11. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Production time and shipping time are separate.

Many print-on-demand products require production before they can be shipped.

Orders containing multiple products may be produced by different facilities and may:

- Have different tracking numbers
- Be shipped by different carriers
- Originate from different locations

12. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Memory Vault may sell and ship products internationally where permitted and where fulfillment services are available.

International customers may be responsible for:

- Other governmental or carrier-imposed charges

Products may be manufactured or shipped from a country different from the customer's location.

Availability, shipping methods, delivery times, product compliance, and fulfillment locations may vary by destination.

We reserve the right not to offer or ship a product to a destination when required by law, regulation, carrier restrictions, supplier limitations, product-safety requirements, sanctions, or other legitimate restrictions.

13. RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND REPLACEMENTS

Returns, refunds, replacements, and exchanges are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

Because many products are made to order, non-defective products generally cannot be returned or exchanged simply because a customer:

- Ordered the wrong size
- Ordered the wrong color
- Changed their mind
- No longer wants the product
- Has a preference different from the product ordered

Damaged, defective, incorrectly produced, or incorrect products may qualify for a replacement, reprint, refund, or other appropriate remedy.

Nothing in our policies limits any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or waived.

14. PACIFIC CREST TRAIL COLLECTION AND PCTA GIVE-BACK

Certain products sold by Memory Vault are included in our Pacific Crest Trail Collection.

For products included in this collection:

20% of the purchase price of the product is donated to the Pacific Crest Trail Association (PCTA) to help protect, preserve, and maintain the Pacific Crest National Scenic Trail.

The donation applies to qualifying sales of the applicable products and is not limited to purchases that originate from a link on PCTA's website.

The Pacific Crest Trail Collection page identifies products that are included in this give-back program.

The Pacific Crest Trail Association is a separate nonprofit organization and is not the seller of products purchased from Memory Vault.

Memory Vault is responsible for:

- Customer transactions
- Product fulfillment
- Customer service
- Returns and refunds
- Order issues
- Give-back reporting and payments associated with our program

Questions concerning a Memory Vault purchase should be directed to Memory Vault rather than PCTA.

Customers who wish to learn more about PCTA or make a direct donation may visit PCTA's official website at pcta.org.

Use of PCTA names, marks, logos, images, or other protected materials is subject to applicable permissions and approvals.

15. PROMOTIONS AND DISCOUNTS

From time to time, Memory Vault may offer:

Promotions may be subject to additional terms.

Unless otherwise stated:

- Discounts cannot be combined

is owned by Memory Vault, licensed to Memory Vault, or used with permission.

Third-party names, logos, trademarks, and other intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.
