20% OF THE PURCHASE PRICE IS DONATED TO PCTA
For every qualifying product sold from the Memory Vault Pacific Crest Trail Collection, 20% of the purchase price is donated to the Pacific Crest Trail Association (PCTA) to help support its work protecting, preserving, and promoting the Pacific Crest National Scenic Trail.
The give-back applies to qualifying Pacific Crest Trail Collection products regardless of how or where the customer discovered the product. It is not limited to purchases referred through the PCTA website.
WHICH PRODUCTS QUALIFY?
Products included in the Memory Vault Pacific Crest Trail Collection are part of the PCTA give-back program unless otherwise specifically stated.
The collection may include:
- Apparel
- Hats
- Ornaments and keepsakes
- Memory Vault digital keepsakes
- Journals
- Accessories
- Trail-inspired gifts
- Other approved Pacific Crest Trail products

HOW THE GIVE-BACK WORKS
When you purchase a qualifying product from the Pacific Crest Trail Collection:
1. You purchase the product directly from Memory Vault.
2. Memory Vault handles the order, payment, production or fulfillment, shipping, and customer service.
3. 20% of the purchase price of the qualifying product is designated for donation to the Pacific Crest Trail Association.
4. Memory Vault reports qualifying sales and remits the applicable contributions to PCTA in accordance with the program arrangements between Memory Vault and PCTA.
The contribution applies to qualifying sales whether the customer comes to Memory Vault directly, through PCTA, through social media, through a search engine, or from another source.

The Pacific Crest Trail Association is a nonprofit organization dedicated to protecting, preserving, and promoting the Pacific Crest Trail.
PCTA works with volunteers, land managers, government agencies, partners, donors, hikers, equestrians, and trail supporters to help care for and protect the Pacific Crest National Scenic Trail.
Its work includes trail maintenance and reconstruction, volunteer programs, land protection, advocacy, stewardship, trail management, and protecting the long-term trail experience.

Use of PCTA logos, marks, images, and other protected materials does not transfer ownership of those materials to Memory Vault.
All applicable trademarks and intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.
ABOUT THE 20% GIVE-BACK
The 20% contribution applies to qualifying products included in the Memory Vault Pacific Crest Trail Collection.
Not every product sold by Memory Vault is part of the PCTA give-back program.
Purchases from Memory Vault are commercial purchases from Memory Vault and are separate from direct charitable donations made by an individual to PCTA.
Customers wishing to make a direct contribution to PCTA should use PCTA's official donation channels.
